We are ultimately looking for a managerial team, to start entry level and go through our management training program.

Trainee
(Average 2-4 weeks)
New team members strive on their very first days with our engaging training program. We do our best to immerse new hires in the creation and deployment of dynamic on-site campaigns, honing their skills as they learn the ropes. You will engage in training on our systems and structures, customers service, sales, and compliance. Reliability and work ethic are very important in the management training program.
• Learning the businesses basics, as well as systems and structures
• Providing excellent customer service and product/service knowledge
Training Manager
(Leader – Average 2-6 months)
Once you’ve mastered the entry level phase that’s when we move you into the training manager position. This is considered the beginning of your “management training program”.
In this role we will try our best to stimulate, encourage, develop and challenge you. Providing you with all the resources to lead a team, with education and feedback along the way. It is our goal to develop your already existing leadership style; therefore, individuality is key.
• Providing training and meetings for small groups
• Conducting interviews, and overseeing 5 or more team members
• Participating in business trips!

Assistant Manager
(Average 1-3 months)
As an Assistant Manager, you begin to learn the backends of the business; administration, interviews, inventory, recruiting, and business finances. Essentially everything you need to know how to do, to run a business.
• Assisting with recruitment and interviews (Typically conducting first round interviews)
• Supervising team members, as well as running larger office meetings
• Providing administrative assistance within the business.
Branch Manager
Once you’ve mastered assistant management, we move you into management position where you have the opportunity to oversee one of the branches.
• Overseeing office management
• Providing a cycle of development within the office
• Ensuring Training Managers, and Assistant Managers are providing the essentials within the office
